Major mining and metals operation

Predictive analytics for a semi-autogenous mill

Task
Evaluate detection of failure precursors using existing mill telemetry.
Equipment and solution
Process-control datasets sampled at 1 Hz, a convolutional autoencoder and domain adaptation. No additional sensors were installed for this trial.
Result
Acceptance record dated 5 May 2026: F1 91.22%, recall 80.14%, mean failure warning time 10.8 hours. Trials completed with a recommendation for deployment.

Results apply to the evaluated datasets and trial conditions, not a guarantee for other equipment.

Marine equipment manufacturer

Grounding-brush monitoring for marine propulsion

Task
Develop a replacement for an imported grounding-brush monitoring device on a 15 MW podded propulsion unit.
Equipment and solution
Analysis, redesign and prototype; CVM100 (Passer-Shch), based on Passer-T.
Result
Development, manufacture and delivery completed in December 2025 — entries 113–114 of the official Group reference list.

Delivery is confirmed. The source does not report quantified downtime reduction or savings.
