This notice describes how OOO «Liman-Tech» (the “Operator”) collects, uses and protects personal data of users of the website www.liman-tech.ru (the “Site”). By using the Site you consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms below.

- analytics of site usage and improvement of the site (using anonymized data only).
4. Data we collect
Through website forms, voluntarily provided by the user:
- full name;
- company name and job role;
- e-mail address;
- phone number (if provided);
- city or region (if provided);
- free-text inquiry content.
Automatically (anonymized): IP address, device type, browser, referrer, behavior on the site. This data does not allow identification of the user and is used solely for site analytics.
5. Legal basis
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
- the user's consent expressed by ticking the consent checkbox in the contact form (Article 6 of Federal Law 152-FZ);
- conclusion and performance of contracts with the user or their organization;
- legitimate interests of the Operator, provided they do not override the user's rights and freedoms.
6. Storage and retention
Personal data is processed both with and without automation. Data is stored on servers located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Retention periods:
- website form inquiries — up to 3 (three) years from last interaction;
- data related to executed contracts — for the period required by Russian law (typically 5 years post-execution);
- anonymized web-analytics data — up to 26 months.
After the retention period expires (or upon a justified request from the data subject), the data is destroyed.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- ensure correct functioning of the site;
- preserve user preferences (e.g., interface language);
- collect anonymized visit statistics via Yandex.Metrica (OOO Yandex, OGRN 1027700229193, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021).

8. Sharing with third parties
The Operator does not share personal data with third parties, except:
- anonymized data to Yandex.Metrica for analytics (no possibility of identifying the data subject);
- affiliated companies of the Liman group, for execution of contractual obligations to the user;
- state authorities upon lawful request, in the manner prescribed by Russian law.
No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.
9. Security
We take reasonable legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including:
- appointing a person responsible for personal-data processing;
- limiting access to personal data to staff with relevant duties;
- using secure channels (HTTPS) for data transfer;
- backup and integrity controls.
10. Your rights
The data subject is entitled to:
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
- require correction, blocking or destruction of personal data that is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- file a complaint with Roskomnadzor (the Russian data-protection authority) or in court.
