Passer controllers
They take the asset’s physical pulse: vibro-acoustics and motor current signature at lab-grade fidelity. Raw streams go to Larus over Ethernet.
An 8-channel IEPE/ICP vibration data-acquisition controller. Up to 92 kHz per channel. Streams raw signals to a Larus gateway for FFT, envelope, ML inference and SCADA integration.
A multi-channel current acquisition controller for motor signature analysis (MCSA). Captures stator current and voltage at high resolution, streams to Larus for diagnostics — broken bars, eccentricity, bearing faults, load anomalies.
Larus gateways
FFT, envelope analysis, ML inference and edge automation right next to the equipment. From a pilot gateway to a turnkey appliance.
Industrial edge gateway. Ingests raw streams from Passer controllers, computes FFT, envelope, RMS/Peak/Crest factor and runs ML classifiers — then forwards results to your SCADA, MES, CMMS or Strix.
Larus-10 plus an Eclipse 4diac (IEC 61499) runtime for deterministic edge automation. Same diagnostics stack on Passer streams, plus the ability to act locally — interlocks, sequencing, skid-level control.
A turnkey edge appliance: Larus hardware with the full Strix platform preinstalled. Ship a single box that already runs computer vision, vibration diagnostics, asset twin and edge analytics.
Strix platform
Data fabric, digital twin and applications: diagnostics, computer vision, advisory. Cloud, your server, or an appliance.
A software-only OPC UA / Modbus gateway. Install on any Linux server in 30 minutes, stream tag data to MQTT, Kafka, REST or Strix. Free tier for up to 100 tags.
