A few things to know before you start
Which step should I pick first?
If you already know the critical asset and want data — go for Diagnostic Day or Gateway Pilot. For process optimization — APC Pilot. Still figuring it out? Demo, 30 minutes, no commitment.
Why pay for a pilot?
A paid pilot filters out tire-kickers and covers our travel / hardware cost. The pilot fee is credited toward the full-deployment quote if you choose to move forward.
What's the service contract?
A pay-for-result model. Monthly base covers support; variable component is 20% of the documented savings, capped at 3–4× base. Minimum term — 36 months.
Can we go straight to a tender?
Yes. If you already have a defined need and a tender is in preparation — write under "Full deployment": we'll prepare the technical-commercial proposal, help with the technical requirements, and run a Diagnostic Day for scope clarification if useful.

What the pilot includes
Inputs
Asset list and operating modes, wiring diagram, failure and maintenance history, available telemetry, security requirements and site access.
Pilot scope
A selected asset or group of components, an agreed Passer/Larus package or existing telemetry, Strix.Diagnost and Strix.Platform dashboards.
Stages
Survey and acceptance criteria → connection and data-quality checks → observation and joint event review → final report and rollout decision.
Deliverables and acceptance
Solution diagram, data-quality and event log, diagnostic report, limitations and rollout plan. Data availability, permissible gaps, alert validation and control scenarios are agreed before starting.
Duration, price and measurable acceptance criteria are agreed after the survey and recorded in the pilot programme. Fault warning time is evaluated using the selected equipment data.
Two delivery options: purchase of the hardware/software system with deployment and support, or monitoring as a service with agreed SLAs, a base fee and, where applicable, a component tied to verified benefits.
