Liman-Tech at the NPPA forum in Kazan: what we bring and what we offer

We take part in the open industrial automation forum on 20–21 October. A page for forum guests covers the Larus, Passer and Strix architecture, our proposal on describing raw signal exchange, and analysis of a customer's own data.

The NPPA forum on open industrial automation takes place in Kazan on 20–21 October. We are glad to be part of this community and ready to contribute: the experience of our group’s projects, our own controllers, software and algorithms built on open standards.

We have prepared a separate page for forum guests (in Russian). It covers:

  • Architecture from sensor to platform. Passer devices collect vibration, current and voltage; Larus on Astra Linux computes on site and runs IEC 61499 logic; Strix brings together equipment state, forecasts and operator advice. Data moves over OPC UA or MQTT.
  • A proposal to the community. AI models need raw signals, not only values: for diagnostics, control-system calibration and training. We are ready to discuss in a working group the exchange format: sensor metadata, common time base, block and file format, triggered recording, and exchange with an industrial data platform.
  • Analysis of your data. An export from your system is enough: we review operating modes, estimate the optimisation potential and suggest how to confirm it with measurements. The result is a report and a pilot plan. We do this work together with our academic partners.
  • Contact and business card. The contact of Aleksandr Vasilev, Managing Director, comes with a QR business card: it can be saved to a phone straight from the page.
